Great quality, slightly tricky calibration
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I had to run the flow calibration twice to get perfect first layers, but once dialed in, the prints are stunning. Highly recommend for heavy users.

Significant speed improvement
The three-hole design allows me to push filament much faster than the stock brass nozzle. My print times have decreased by about 20% on large functional parts. Worth every penny.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The CHT design really does improve flow rates without sacrificing detail. Installation on my P1P was straightforward.

Durable and reliable
I've gone through several brass nozzles due to wear from glass-filled nylon. This hardened steel assembly has lasted months with zero signs of degradation. The fit on the X1-Carbon is precise.

Essential for our lab printers
We bought five of these for our office Bambu printers. They handle the mix of standard and abrasive materials we use daily without clogging. Very satisfied with the longevity and performance.

A: No, this extruder assembly is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S models. The A1 series uses a different hotend architecture.
Q: Can I use this with regular PLA without changing settings?
A: Yes, it works perfectly with regular PLA. However, due to the higher flow rate of the CHT design, you may benefit from slightly increasing your printing temperature by 5-10 degrees for optimal results.
