Durable but requires higher temps

Great quality nozzle that handles abrasive filaments well. Note that you might need to increase your printing temperature slightly compared to brass nozzles due to different thermal conductivity.

Long lasting investment

Solid build quality

No more clogs!

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints

I switched from a brass nozzle to this hardened steel one specifically for printing with carbon fiber PLA. The difference in wear resistance is night and day. After 500 grams of filament, the nozzle still looks brand new.

A: Our hardened steel nozzles are significantly harder than brass, offering approximately 10 times the wear resistance when printing with abrasive composite materials.

Q: What is the maximum operating temperature?

A: This hardened steel nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering polymers.

Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament?

A: Absolutely. While designed for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, ABS, and PETG. You may just notice slightly slower heat transfer compared to brass.
