Good quality, minor finishing touches needed
Overall a solid block. I had to tap the threads slightly to get them perfectly smooth, but once installed, it holds temperature very well. Great value for the price.

Perfect fit for my VORON 2.4
This heating block machined perfectly and fits the Volcano nozzle without any gaps. The threading is clean, and it heated up evenly during my calibration tests. Highly recommended for DIY builds.

Excellent thermal performance
Switched from a standard block to this Volcano compatible one. The heat distribution is fantastic, allowing for higher flow rates without clogging. Installation was straightforward.

Solid construction
The block is heavy-duty and well-machined. Just ensure you have the correct heater cartridge size as specified. Works great with my custom hotend setup.

Reliable upgrade part
I use this for printing ABS and PETG. It maintains stable temperatures even during long prints. The aluminum quality feels premium compared to generic alternatives.
Q: Is this compatible with the E3D V6 hotend?
A: This block is specifically designed for Volcano nozzles and VORON printers. It is not directly compatible with the standard E3D V6 hotend without significant modification, as the dimensions differ.
Q: Does this come with the heater cartridge and thermistor included?
A: No, this package includes only the heating block and mounting screws. You will need to purchase the heater cartridge and thermistor separately based on your specific printer requirements.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on this product?
A: Yes, we provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective unit, please contact our support team with your order number for a replacement.
Q: Can I use this with PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. While this block is capable of high-temperature printing, it works perfectly fine with PLA and other low-temperature filaments as well.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The block is rated for safe operation up to 300°C (572°F). Please ensure your heater cartridge and thermistor are also rated for these temperatures.
