Good quality, slightly longer heat up
The build quality is excellent and fits my VORON2.4 without issues. It does take a few seconds longer to reach temperature compared to brass, but that is expected.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle for printing carbon fiber PLA and it has held up perfectly. No wear on the orifice after several spools.

Reliable and precise
Layer adhesion is great and dimensions are accurate. I haven't experienced any clogging issues since installing this nozzle.
Q: Do I need to change my slicing temperature profiles?
A: You generally do not need to change the target temperature, but you might need to tweak retraction distance due to different thermal properties compared to brass.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package includes only the nozzle. Please use your existing hotend wrench or a suitable socket for installation.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the standard E3D V6 hotend?
A: Yes, this nozzle is designed specifically for E3D V6 style hotends and is fully compatible.
Q: Can I use this with pure copper filament?
A: While the nozzle is hardened, pure metal filaments like copper are extremely abrasive and may still cause wear over time. We recommend testing with caution.
