Good value for money
Works exactly as described. It handles glow-in-the-dark filament without issue. Only giving 4 stars because shipping took a little longer than expected, but the product itself is top-notch.

Great quality, tight fit
The build quality is excellent. It was a bit tight threading into my E3D V6 hotend initially, but once seated, it creates a perfect seal with no oozing. Just be careful not to cross-thread it.

Essential for Voron builds
Installed this on my Voron 2.4 build. The tungsten coating seems very durable. Print surface finish remains consistent even with higher temperature engineering plastics.

No more clogs
Since installing this nozzle, I haven't had a single clog related to nozzle wear. The internal surface is very smooth. A must-have upgrade for serious 3D printing enthusiasts.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. After 500 grams of print time, there is absolutely no wear visible. Highly recommended for anyone moving beyond standard PLA.

Lasts much longer than brass
My old brass nozzles would degrade after a few spools of silk filament. This hardened steel nozzle has been running for months without any change in flow rate or print quality.
Q: Do I need to adjust my retraction settings when switching to this nozzle?
A: Minor adjustments might be beneficial. Because the internal surface texture differs from brass, some users find that slightly reducing retraction distance by 0.2mm to 0.5mm helps prevent grinding of flexible filaments.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with regular PLA at low temperatures?
A: Absolutely. While designed for high durability and abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS at their typical printing temperatures.
Q: Does this come with a gasket or seal?
A: This item includes only the nozzle itself. You should reuse the existing copper or silicone gasket from your current hotend assembly, provided it is in good condition.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with a stock Prusa i3 MK3S hotend?
A: Yes, this nozzle features a standard M6 thread and is fully compatible with the stock E3D V6 style hotends found on the Prusa i3 MK3 and MK3S.
Q: What is the actual inner diameter tolerance?
A: The nozzle is manufactured to a precise 0.4mm diameter with tight tolerances suitable for high-resolution printing. Please note that hardened steel nozzles may have slightly different flow characteristics compared to brass.
