Perfect for preventing nozzle clogs
I applied this grease to the threads between my heater block and nozzle on my Creality K1. It made disassembly much easier after a long print session and seems to improve heat consistency. Highly recommended for any serious 3D printer owner.

Solved my heat creep issues
I was experiencing inconsistent extrusion due to poor heat transfer. After cleaning and re-applying this silicone grease, the problem vanished. Excellent thermal conductivity.

Good product, messy application
The grease itself works wonderfully for high-temp applications. My only minor complaint is that the syringe tip is a bit wide for very tight spaces, but a small brush solves that issue easily.

Great thermal performance
Noticed my hotend reaching target temperature slightly faster after application. The grease stays put even at 240°C without burning off or smoking. Very satisfied with the quality.

Essential maintenance item
If you swap nozzles frequently like I do on my Bambu Lab X1C, this is a must-have. It prevents the nozzle from seizing onto the heater block. One tube lasts a very long time too.
Q: Is this grease safe to use on PTFE lined hotends?
A: This grease is designed for metal-to-metal contact in the heating assembly (nozzle threads and heater block). It should not be applied inside the PTFE tube or where filament passes through, as it is intended for external thermal transfer components.
Q: Will this work with a E3D V6 hotend?
A: Yes, this high-temperature silicone grease is fully compatible with E3D V6 hotends and most other standard threaded nozzle assemblies used in FDM 3D printing.
Q: How often should I reapply this grease?
A: We recommend reapplying the grease every time you remove the nozzle for cleaning or replacement. For routine maintenance without nozzle removal, checking it every 6 months is sufficient depending on usage intensity.
Q: Does this conduct electricity?
A: No, this silicone grease is electrically non-conductive. It is safe to use around heating cartridges and thermistors, provided it is applied only to the intended mechanical threads and heat transfer surfaces.
