Solved my temperature fluctuation
I was experiencing wild temperature swings with my old assembly. This new unit holds temp steady at 200°C for PLA and 230°C for PETG. Highly recommended for anyone troubleshooting heating issues.

Works but instructions needed
The part itself is fine and prints well now. However, it would be nice if it came with a small diagram for wiring orientation. I had to look up a video to ensure I connected the thermistor correctly.

Good quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. The brass nozzle heats up evenly. I deducted one star because the silicone sock was a bit tight to fit over the heater block, but once on, it works great.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this upgrade. Installation was straightforward and took about 15 minutes. Prints are coming out smooth again with no under-extrusion issues.
Q: Does this come with a hardened steel nozzle for abrasive filaments?
A: No, this unit comes with a standard brass nozzle suitable for PLA, PETG, and TPU. For abrasive materials like carbon fiber, we recommend purchasing a hardened steel nozzle separately.
Q: What is the return policy if the thermistor is defective?
A: We offer a 30-day return window for defective parts. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue to initiate a replacement.
Q: Do I need to update firmware after installing this?
A: Generally, no firmware update is required as this is a direct hardware replacement with standard specifications. However, always ensure your PID tuning is calibrated after installation for best results.
Q: Can I use this with 3rd party filament brands?
A: Yes, as long as the filament is standard 1.75mm diameter, this hotend will work with any brand including eSun, Hatchbox, or Polymaker.
