Solid upgrade, minor learning curve
Great nozzle overall. The hardened steel handles abrasive materials well. It took me one failed print to get the temperature dialled in perfectly, but now it works flawlessly.

Excellent flow rate

Q: Does the kit come with different nozzle sizes like 0.4mm and 0.6mm?
A: The standard kit includes one 0.4mm high-flow nozzle. If you require different diameters, please check our accessory page for individual Lingxi nozzles sold separately.
Q: How difficult is it to install for someone who has never changed a nozzle before?
A: It is very beginner-friendly. The quick-release mechanism allows you to swap the nozzle by hand without wrenches. Just ensure the hotend is heated to the removal temperature specified in the included guide.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this bimetal nozzle?
A: The nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C (572°F), making it suitable for most engineering-grade thermoplastics available on the market.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with pure copper filament?
A: While the nozzle is hardened and durable, we do not recommend printing with pure metal filaments like copper as they can still cause excessive wear over time. It is best suited for polymer composites containing carbon or glass fiber.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original K2 model or just the K2 PLUS?
A: This specific Lingxi Integrated Quick-Release kit is engineered exclusively for the K2 PLUS model due to differences in the hotend assembly. It is not compatible with the standard K2.
