Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with glitter PLA on my old brass nozzle. This integrated tube has completely solved that problem. Smooth extrusion every time.

Solid performer for K1 Max
Works flawlessly on the K1 Max. The 0.6mm option I chose speeds up my prototype iterations significantly. Just make sure to recalibrate your flow rate after installation.

Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber prints
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle for printing CF-PLA on my K1C, and the difference is night and day. The flow is consistent, and there's no sign of wear after 500 grams of filament.

Robust construction

Best value upgrade
For the price, you cannot beat the durability this offers. It feels much more premium than the standard nozzle that came with the printer. Very happy with this purchase.

Great quality, easy install
Installation took less than 5 minutes on my Ender-3 V3. The print quality improved slightly due to better heat transfer. Only giving 4 stars because it was slightly tighter to screw in than the stock part.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?
A: No firmware update is required. However, we recommend performing a fresh flow rate calibration and inputting the new nozzle diameter in your slicer settings.
Q: Does the package include a wrench for installation?
A: The package contains only the integrated nozzle throat tube. You will need to use the hex key or wrench provided with your 3D printer for installation.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber Nylon?
A: Yes, the hardened steel insert is specifically engineered to resist wear from abrasive materials including carbon fiber, glass fiber, and wood-fill filaments.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Please ensure your cooling fan is functioning correctly when printing at higher temperatures.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Ender 3 (non-V3)?
A: No, this integrated throat tube is specifically designed for the K1 series and Ender-3 V3/V3 KE models which use a different hotend architecture than the original Ender 3.
