Consistent flow rate
Precision matters in my prototypes. These 0.4mm nozzles provide a very consistent flow rate with minimal clogging. The internal bore looks perfectly machined under magnification. Will definitely buy again.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with glow-in-the-dark filament until I got these. The hardened steel handles the abrasive particles much better. Installation was straightforward on my Ender 3.

Good but requires higher temp
The nozzle works well, but I found I had to increase my printing temperature by about 5-10 degrees compared to brass nozzles to get the same flow. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of when tuning your profile.

Great quality, slightly tighter fit
The build quality is excellent and the finish is very smooth. I noticed the threading was slightly tighter than my previous brand, requiring a bit more torque to install, but once seated, there are no leaks. Good value for the price.

Excellent starter pack
Buying the mixed size pack was a great idea. It allowed me to experiment with different layer heights without breaking the bank. The 0.2mm nozzle produces incredibly detailed miniatures.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Filament
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My old brass nozzles would wear out in a single spool, but these show zero signs of wear after three spools. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

A: While both offer good corrosion resistance, the Hardened Steel version is specifically heat-treated to provide superior wear resistance against highly abrasive filaments, extending the lifespan of the nozzle significantly compared to standard stainless steel.
Q: Can I use these with PLA, PETG, and ABS?
A: Absolutely. These hardened steel nozzles are suitable for all common thermoplastics including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and are especially recommended for abrasive filaments like wood-fill, metal-fill, or carbon fiber.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2?
