Consistent flow rate

Precision matters in my prototypes. These 0.4mm nozzles provide a very consistent flow rate with minimal clogging. The internal bore looks perfectly machined under magnification. Will definitely buy again.

Solved my clogging issues

I was constantly clogging with glow-in-the-dark filament until I got these. The hardened steel handles the abrasive particles much better. Installation was straightforward on my Ender 3.

Good but requires higher temp

The nozzle works well, but I found I had to increase my printing temperature by about 5-10 degrees compared to brass nozzles to get the same flow. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of when tuning your profile.

Great quality, slightly tighter fit

The build quality is excellent and the finish is very smooth. I noticed the threading was slightly tighter than my previous brand, requiring a bit more torque to install, but once seated, there are no leaks. Good value for the price.

Excellent starter pack

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Filament
