Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived quickly and well-packaged. I installed it in about 20 minutes. Printed a calibration cube immediately, and the dimensions were spot on. The heated zone seems more efficient than the stock version.

Great upgrade, installation took time

Solid build quality
The machining on the block and nozzle is precise. It fits the Kobra 2 perfectly without modification. My only minor complaint is that the included wrenches are a bit flimsy, but the hotend itself is top-notch.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the components can withstand up to 300°C, we recommend continuous printing at temperatures below 280°C to maximize the lifespan of the heater cartridge and thermistor.
Q: Does the package include a heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: Yes, the complete assembly comes pre-installed with a 24V heater cartridge and an NTC 100K thermistor, so you do not need to transfer parts from your old hotend.
Q: Can I use this to print nylon filament?
A: Yes, the hardened steel components are suitable for nylon. However, ensure your printer enclosure can maintain a higher ambient temperature to prevent warping, as the hotend itself handles the melting temperature easily.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Anycubic Kobra or just the Kobra 2?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the Kobra 2 series (Kobra 2, Kobra 2 Neo, Kobra 2 Pro). It is not directly compatible with the original Kobra model due to differences in the mounting bracket and wiring harness.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?
A: No firmware update is required. Since the thermal properties and electrical specifications match the original equipment, you can start printing immediately after installation and leveling.
