Perfect upgrade for high-temp materials
This Volcano heating block works flawlessly with my custom rig. I've been printing ABS and Polycarbonate without any clogging issues. The PT100 sensor provides very stable temperature readings.

Great quality, installation takes time
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. Installation required some careful tuning of my PID settings, but once dialed in, it performs beautifully. Just make sure your power supply can handle the load.

Essential for serious hobbyists
If you are moving beyond PLA, this is a must-have. The heat retention is superior to the standard blocks. I successfully printed Nylon thanks to this assembly.
