Solid upgrade for speed
Noticed an immediate difference in extrusion consistency at high speeds. Just make sure your hotend can handle the extra thermal load required for high-flow printing.

Good but requires tuning
Works well once you dial in the temperature and retraction settings. It clogged once with PLA, but after cleaning, it has been smooth sailing. Hardened steel is a must for abrasive filaments.

Decent quality control issues
The nozzle works, but the holes weren't perfectly aligned on my unit. It still prints, but I had to adjust my flow multiplier. For the price, it's acceptable.

Great for carbon fiber blends
I needed a hardened steel option for printing with carbon-filled PLA. This clone performs just as well as the original brand name nozzles at a fraction of the cost.

Perfect replacement part
Fits my E3D V6 Volcano setup perfectly. Threads were clean and installation was straightforward. I'm now printing vase modes much faster.

Excellent flow rate for bulk printing
This nozzle significantly increased my print speed without sacrificing too much detail. The three-hole design really helps melt the filament faster. Great value for a clone.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with standard E3D V6 heaters blocks?
A: Yes, this nozzle is designed specifically for the E3D V6 Volcano heater block configuration with M6 threads.
Q: How do I clean the three holes if they get clogged?
A: We recommend heating the nozzle to the printing temperature of your last used filament and using a fine brass wire or a specialized nozzle cleaning needle to gently clear the channels.
Q: What is the maximum recommended print speed with this nozzle?
A: While dependent on your specific printer and filament, users typically achieve reliable prints at speeds between 80mm/s and 150mm/s using this high-flow design.
Q: Does this come with a gasket or seal?
A: This package includes only the nozzle and an installation guide. We recommend reusing your existing high-temperature gasket or purchasing a new one separately if yours is worn.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive materials like wood-fill PLA?
A: Absolutely. Since this nozzle is made from hardened steel, it is highly resistant to wear from abrasive filaments like wood-fill, carbon-fiber, or glow-in-the-dark materials.
