Essential for Voron builds
If you are building a Voron or upgrading an E3D V6 clone, this is the part to get. The thermal isolation is superior to standard brass throats, allowing for faster printing speeds without jams.

Great material, tight tolerance
The titanium alloy feels very premium. It was a bit tight going into the heater block at first, but after a gentle ream, it seated perfectly. Printing temps are much more stable now.

Solved my clogging problems
I switched from brass to this titanium throat specifically for printing flexible filaments. The short distance design minimizes the molten zone, and I haven't had a single clog since installation.

Good but requires careful installation
The product works well once installed, but be very careful not to over-tighten. Titanium is strong but the threads can strip the aluminum heater block if you aren't gentle. Follow torque specs.

Perfect upgrade for my Voron 2.4
This titanium throat significantly reduced heat creep issues I was having with PLA. The machining quality is excellent and it fits the E3D V6 hotend perfectly without any leaks.

A: This is a 'short distance' model optimized for rapid heating and cooling cycles. The total length is 23mm, with the transition zone minimized to reduce the chance of filament softening too early.
Q: Will this work with 3.00mm filament?
A: No, this specific model is manufactured strictly for 1.75mm filament. Using 3.00mm filament will cause an immediate jam and potential damage to the hotend.
Q: Is this compatible with the stock E3D V6 heater block?
A: Yes, this titanium throat is designed with standard M6 threading to fit directly into the stock E3D V6 heater block and heatsink assembly.
