Better than needles
I used to use acupuncture needles to clean my nozzles, but they would often break inside. This wire brush is much more durable and effectively scrubs the walls of the nozzle rather than just poking a hole through the clog.

Works well, handle gets hot
The cleaning performance is excellent. It fits perfectly into MK8 nozzles. My only caution is to let the nozzle cool slightly before using; the metal handle conducts heat quickly if the block is at 240°C. Otherwise, great value.

Good quality brass
The bristles are tightly wound and don't shed easily. I've used it about 20 times so far and it still looks new. Just be careful not to bend the wire too aggressively or it might lose its shape.

Easy to use for beginners
As someone new to 3D printing, maintenance seemed scary. This tool makes cleaning the nozzle very straightforward. The instructions were clear, and it fit my Creality printer perfectly.

Essential tool for every 3D printer owner
This brass brush saved my E3D V6 nozzle. I had a stubborn clog that acetone couldn't fix, but a quick scrub while the nozzle was warm cleared it right out. The brass is soft enough not to damage the internal threading but stiff enough to remove gunk.

Fixed my under-extrusion issues
My prints started having gaps due to partial clogs. After running this brush through the hotend, the flow was perfect again. It's a cheap consumable that pays for itself immediately by saving failed prints.
Q: Is the handle insulated against heat?
A: No, the handle is made of solid steel. Please use pliers or wear heat-resistant gloves if the hotend block is very hot to avoid burning your fingers.
Q: How many times can I reuse this brush?
A: Depending on the severity of the clogs, the brush can typically be reused 50 to 100 times before the brass bristles begin to fray or lose stiffness.
Q: Does this fit the E3D V6 universal hotend?
A: Absolutely. This brush is specifically designed to be compatible with the E3D V6 series as well as standard MK8 extruders commonly found on Prusa and Creality machines.
Q: What temperature should the nozzle be when cleaning?
A: We recommend heating the nozzle to around 100°C-150°C. This softens any residual plastic without being hot enough to instantly burn the debris onto the brush or cause burns to the user.
Q: Can this brush be used on hardened steel nozzles?
A: Yes, since the brush is made of brass, it is softer than hardened steel and will not damage the nozzle interior while effectively cleaning it.
