Consistent extrusion at high speeds
I run my K1 at maximum speed and this nozzle maintains consistent extrusion without clogging. The brass core ensures good thermal conductivity while the steel exterior provides durability.

Great quality, easy install
Installation was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes. Print quality is excellent. I deducted one star only because the packaging was slightly damaged upon arrival, but the product itself was fine.

Saved my print head

Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber prints

Solid performer
Works exactly as described. The high-flow capability is noticeable when printing large volumetric parts. Just make sure to recalibrate your flow rate after installation.
Q: How often should I replace this nozzle if printing PLA only?
A: If you are only printing non-abrasive materials like PLA, this hardened steel nozzle can last significantly longer than brass nozzles, often upwards of 6-12 months depending on usage hours.
Q: Does this come with a heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: This package includes the print head block and the nozzle. It does not include a new heater cartridge or thermistor; you should reuse your existing ones if they are in good condition.
