Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived two days earlier than expected. Installed it on my Ender 3 S1 immediately. The print quality improved noticeably, especially on overhangs. Worth every penny.

Good quality but instructions could be better
The extruder assembly is solid and well-made. Installation took me about 45 minutes because the included guide was a bit vague. Once installed, it works flawlessly with TPU filament.

Works well but tricky for beginners
The part itself seems high quality, but if you have never disassembled a hotend before, be prepared to watch several YouTube tutorials. I almost damaged the thermistor during install.

Saved my printer!
I stripped the threads on my old block and thought I needed a whole new hotend. This kit was the exact solution. The Elf extruder design makes loading filament much smoother than the stock version.

Perfect replacement for my S1 Pro
My original heater block failed after a year of heavy use. This genuine Creality part fit perfectly without any modification. The temperature stability is excellent, and my prints are back to high quality.
Q: Can I use this setup for printing Carbon Fiber PLA?
A: While the heater block can reach the necessary temperatures, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle instead of the standard brass one included when printing abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber PLA to prevent wear.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3 V2?
A: No, this specific heater block and Elf extruder assembly is designed exclusively for the Sermoon V1, Ender 3 S1, and Ender 3 S1 Pro models. It is not compatible with the Ender 3 V2.
Q: What tools do I need for installation?
A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm), a small wrench for the nozzle, and potentially needle-nose pliers. Ensure the printer is powered off and cooled down before starting.
Q: My printer shows a thermal runaway error after installation. What should I do?
A: Please double-check that the thermistor and heating cartridge are fully seated in their respective holes and secured with the set screws. Loose connections are the most common cause of thermal runaway errors after replacement.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?
A: The package includes the heater block and extruder components, but it does not include a silicone sock. You can reuse your existing one if it is in good condition or purchase one separately.
