Best nozzle for abrasive filaments
Running nylon with carbon fiber through this has been a breeze. No wear signs after 2kg of filament. The quick-release feature is a game changer for multi-material prints.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly cleaning my old brass nozzle. This coated version handles PETG and PLA smoothly. The heat distribution seems more even too.

Good product, shipping was slow
The nozzle itself works as advertised and fits perfectly. However, the packaging was a bit battered upon arrival, though the item inside was fine. Performance is solid.

Great upgrade, minor learning curve
The coated surface really helps with abrasive materials. It took me two tries to get the seating angle right, but once locked in, it's very secure. Highly recommend for heavy users.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like carbon fiber?
A: Absolutely. The hardened steel coating is specifically designed to resist wear from abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and wood-filled filaments.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature?
A: The nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering plastics like ABS, Nylon, and Polycarbonate.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Creality K2?
A: Yes, this quick-release coated nozzle is fully compatible with the standard Creality K2, as well as the K2 Pro, K2 Plus, and Hi models.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this?
A: No special tools are required. The quick-release design allows you to swap the nozzle by hand in seconds once the hotend is heated to the release temperature.
Q: Does this come with different diameter sizes?
A: This specific listing is for the standard 0.4mm diameter. We offer other sizes in separate listings if you require finer detail or higher flow rates.
