Good value, minor wiring adjustment

A: The heater block itself is fine, but the included nozzle is brass. For abrasive filaments, you should replace the included nozzle with a hardened steel or tungsten carbide nozzle compatible with M6 threads.

A: This kit includes the hotend assembly with the heater block, thermistor, and heater cartridge. It does not include the cooling fan, as that attaches separately to the shroud.
