Worth every penny
If you print engineering materials, this is a must-have. The nickel plating adds an extra layer of protection, and the dual-metal design ensures longevity. My Q2C runs smoother than ever.

Solid performance
Very happy with the purchase. It handles high-temperature filaments like ABS and ASA without any degradation. The only minor downside is that it takes slightly longer to heat up due to the ceramic mass, but stability makes up for it.

Excellent durability
I've put over 2kg of glass-filled nylon through this nozzle and throat combo, and it still looks brand new. The wear resistance is exactly as advertised. Highly recommended for serious users.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this ceramic throat tube specifically for printing carbon fiber filled PLA. The hardened steel nozzle handles the abrasion perfectly, and the ceramic tube prevents heat creep effectively. My prints are much more consistent now.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly dealing with clogs when printing at higher temperatures. This integrated unit solved the problem immediately. The thermal break provided by the ceramic is superior to the stock brass setup.

Great quality, installation took care
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. Installation on my Qidi Q2 was straightforward, though I had to be careful aligning the threads. Once installed, it has been running flawlessly for weeks.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Qidi X-One printer?
A: No, this specific model is designed exclusively for the Qidi Q2 and Q2C printers due to differences in thread pitch and mounting geometry.
Q: Do I need to apply thermal paste during installation?
A: It is recommended to apply a small amount of high-temperature thermal paste to the threads to ensure optimal heat transfer and prevent seizing, although the unit can function without it.
Q: Does this come with different nozzle sizes?
A: This specific SKU includes a standard 0.4mm nozzle. We offer other diameters such as 0.6mm and 0.8mm as separate listings if you require them.
Q: What is the warranty period for this component?
A: This product comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is optimized for abrasive and high-temperature materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and other common filaments.
