Great value for the price
Compared to other aftermarket hotends, this offers great performance without breaking the bank. The thermal transfer seems efficient, and layer adhesion has improved on my prints.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The flow is consistent, and there is no wear after several spools. Installation on my H2D was straightforward.

Solid performer
Works exactly as described. I am using it on a P2S setup. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the silicone sock included is a bit thin, but the nozzle itself is top-notch.

Essential for engineering plastics
If you plan to print ABS or Nylon regularly, you need this. The hardened steel holds up much better than standard nozzles under high temperatures and abrasive conditions.

Good quality, slightly tight fit
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. It took a little extra effort to screw into the heat block initially, but once seated, it works flawlessly with my A1 printer.

Solved my clogging issues
My old brass nozzle kept getting clogged when printing wood-fill filament. This hardened steel assembly from BIQU has completely eliminated that problem. Highly recommended for specialty materials.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hardened steel nozzle can safely operate up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering-grade filaments available for desktop 3D printing.
Q: Does the package include a heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: This item is the hotend assembly with the hardened steel nozzle. It typically includes the heat break and nozzle, but please check your specific printer model requirements for heater cartridges, as some versions come pre-installed while others do not.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with regular PLA without changing settings?
A: Absolutely. While designed for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly with standard PLA, PETG, and other common materials using your existing temperature profiles.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: Installation is generally simple and requires basic tools. You will need to heat the hotend to remove the old one and install this new assembly. Detailed guides are available on our support page.
Q: Is this compatible with the original BIQU H2 extruder?
A: Yes, this assembly is fully compatible with the BIQU H2 series, including H2D, H2C, and H2S models.
