Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber nylon and it works flawlessly. The installation was straightforward and the temperature stability is excellent.

Reliable high-temp printing
Running this at 285°C for ASA prints with zero issues. The thermal insulation seems improved over the previous version. Would give 5 stars if it came with a spare nozzle.

No more clogs!
I used to get frequent clogs with standard brass nozzles when printing composite materials. This upgraded assembly has completely solved that issue. Print quality remains crisp.
