Perfect for PLA without heating
I was skeptical about cold printing, but this plate works flawlessly with my Bambu Lab A1. The adhesion is strong even at room temperature, and the glossy finish on my prints is stunning.

Saves energy and time

Good but requires specific settings
Works well once you dial in your first layer height. If you are too close, it sticks too well. Follow the manufacturer's calibration guide strictly.

Great quality, minor edge lifting
The surface quality is excellent and very smooth. I noticed slight lifting on large corners when printing purely cold, but a slight warm-up to 30°C solved it completely.

Best upgrade for my X1C
The double-sided feature is a bonus. One side gives mirror finishes, and the other offers standard grip. Installation was instant, and it fits perfectly.
Q: Does this plate require the heated bed to be turned on at all?
A: While designed for low-temperature or cold printing, we recommend setting the bed to 25-30°C for large prints to ensure optimal corner adhesion.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this plate is sized for the standard A1, P1S, and X1 series. The A1 Mini requires a smaller build plate.
Q: Can I use ABS filament on this low-temp plate?
A: We do not recommend ABS for cold printing. This plate is optimized for PLA, PETG, and TPU. ABS typically requires higher bed temperatures and an enclosure.
Q: How do I clean the glossy surface without damaging it?
A: Use mild soap and water or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to maintain the gloss finish.
Q: What is the difference between this and the standard textured PEI?
A: This plate features a specialized non-polyurea coating optimized for adhesion at lower temperatures and provides a smooth, glossy bottom finish rather than a textured one.
