Solid performance

Essential for serious printing
If you plan on printing anything with glass or carbon fibers, this is mandatory. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly easy without needing to disassemble the entire toolhead. Zero clogs so far after 2kg of filament.

Great quality but runs slightly hotter
The build quality is top-notch and fits my X1C perfectly. I did notice it takes a few seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the stock unit, but once there, it holds very steady. Highly recommend for engineering materials.

Seamless replacement

Easy install for beginners

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The wear resistance is noticeable compared to the brass nozzle, and the temperature stability is excellent. Installation took less than 5 minutes.
Q: How often should I replace the hardened steel nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles last significantly longer than brass ones. Depending on usage and filament abrasiveness, they can last from 6 months to over a year. Inspect periodically for wear if print quality degrades.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1S?
A: Yes, this Extruder 3.0 assembly is fully compatible with the P1S, as well as the X1C, X1E, and P1P models.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament?
