Solid upgrade but runs hot
Great performance overall. The DLC coating seems to prevent clogs effectively. Just note that the heatsink gets quite warm during long prints at 280°C, so ensure your part cooling fans are working perfectly.

Good but requires calibration
The hardware is excellent, but make sure to run the flow rate calibration in the software after installation. Once calibrated, the prints are flawless. Instructions could be slightly more detailed for beginners.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this high-flow hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The hardened steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after 2kg of filament, and the flow rate is noticeably smoother than the standard brass setup.

Essential for production printing
We use these in our office for rapid prototyping with glass-filled PETG. The durability is outstanding compared to standard nozzles. We haven't had a single failed print due to nozzle issues since installing these.
