Good fit, slight odor initially
Works exactly as described for the A1 mini. There was a faint rubber smell during the first few heats, but it dissipated quickly. Good value for the price.

Great quality silicone
The material feels very durable and flexible. It snapped on easily without any tools. My temperature consistency seems slightly better since installing it.

Perfect replacement
My original sock got torn after a year of heavy use. This replacement is identical in quality and fit. Installation took less than a minute.

Safety first!
I have kids around my printer, so this sock gives me peace of mind knowing the nozzle is covered. It doesn't interfere with the part cooling fan at all.

Does the job well
Easy to install even for a beginner like me. It makes the hotend look cleaner too. Only wish it came in a two-pack just in case.

Essential upgrade for the A1
This silicone sock fits perfectly on my Bambu Lab A1. It keeps the heat concentrated in the hotend and prevents accidental burns when I'm tweaking prints. Highly recommended for safety.
Q: Does this affect the accuracy of the thermistor readings?
A: No, the sock is designed to insulate the heater block without interfering with the thermistor's ability to read the nozzle temperature accurately.
Q: Can this withstand ASA printing temperatures?
A: Yes, the high-temperature silicone is rated up to 300°C, which is sufficient for ASA, ABS, and PLA printing.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this specific silicone sock is designed exclusively for the A1 and A1 mini models. The X1 series requires a different model number.
Q: How often should I replace the silicone sock?
A: We recommend inspecting it regularly for tears or degradation. Typically, users replace it every 6-12 months depending on usage frequency.
Q: Do I need to remove the part cooling fan to install this?
A: No, the design allows you to snap the sock onto the hotend without removing the fan or any other components.
