Perfect fit for P2S
Fits my Bambu Lab P2S perfectly. I use the 0.4mm size for general purpose printing with abrasive filaments. Layer adhesion is excellent and there are no clogging issues so far.

Essential for carbon fiber prints
Switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing with CF-PLA. The durability is outstanding compared to brass nozzles which wore out after just one spool. Installation was seamless thanks to the quick-release design.

Easy to swap

Long lasting and reliable
I have been using this 0.6mm nozzle for engineering prototypes with glass-filled nylon. It has lasted through dozens of spools without any sign of wear or expansion of the orifice. Highly recommended for serious users.

Standard for our office fleet

Great quality, slightly higher temp needed
The build quality is top-notch. I did notice I had to increase my printing temperature by about 5-10 degrees compared to brass, likely due to different thermal conductivity, but once dialed in, prints look fantastic.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my printer after installing this?
A: It is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration and potentially a vibration calibration (Input Shaping) after swapping the hotend nozzle to ensure optimal print quality and dimensional accuracy.
Q: What is the difference between standard flow and high flow nozzles?
A: Standard flow nozzles have a traditional internal geometry suitable for most general printing tasks. High flow nozzles feature a modified internal channel to allow faster melting and extrusion rates, ideal for bulk printing but not always necessary for detailed work.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original X1 Carbon printer?
A: This specific model is designed for the P2S and H2 series (H2D, H2S, H2C). While the threading is similar, we recommend checking the specific hotend assembly compatibility for the X1 Carbon before purchasing, as the heating block geometry may differ.
Q: How do I know if my nozzle is worn out?
A: Signs of a worn nozzle include inconsistent extrusion, holes appearing in top layers, or dimensional inaccuracies in printed parts. With hardened steel, this takes much longer to happen than with brass, especially when printing abrasive filaments.

A: Yes, you can absolutely use this hardened steel nozzle with standard PLA. However, for non-abrasive filaments like pure PLA, a brass nozzle is often preferred for better heat transfer unless you anticipate switching to abrasive materials soon.
