No more clogs!
I was experiencing frequent clogs with my old nozzle when using glitter PLA. Since swapping to this hardened steel version, the flow is consistent and I haven't had a single clog in weeks.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing with carbon fiber PLA. It has held up perfectly after several spools without any signs of wear or widening of the aperture. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Essential upgrade for durability
If you plan on doing any serious engineering prints with filled filaments, this is a must-have. The stainless steel construction feels robust, and the print quality on the 0.4mm size is indistinguishable from the stock brass nozzle on standard PLA.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The nozzle itself is excellent quality and prints very smoothly. Installation on my A1 mini took a bit more torque than expected compared to the brass nozzle, but once tightened, it works flawlessly.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says on the tin. It handles high-temperature filaments like ABS and ASA without deforming. Only giving 4 stars because shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but the product is solid.

Easy swap for A1 owners
As a beginner, I was worried about changing the hotend components, but this fit my Bambu Lab A1 perfectly. The instructions were clear, and now I can experiment with tougher materials confidently.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is optimized for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and other non-abrasive materials.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this specific model is designed exclusively for the A1 and A1 mini series. The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend assembly configuration.
Q: Does the package include a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package contains only the nozzle. You will need to use the socket wrench or tool provided with your Bambu Lab A1/A1 mini printer for installation.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for this hardened steel nozzle?
A: The nozzle is rated for temperatures up to 300°C. Please ensure your printer firmware and hotend heater are also rated for these temperatures before attempting high-temp prints.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my flow rate after installing this?
A: It is highly recommended to run a flow rate calibration and potentially a pressure advance calibration after swapping nozzles to ensure optimal print quality.
