Saved my printer
I accidentally damaged my stock hotend while cleaning it. Ordered this replacement and it arrived quickly. It works exactly like the original. Very happy to have my printer running again.

Essential for abrasive filaments
If you plan on printing anything with carbon fiber or glass fiber, you need this hardened steel version. The stainless steel one wears out too fast. This unit handles abrasive materials without any degradation in print quality.

Perfect replacement for my A1 mini
My original nozzle got clogged beyond repair after printing too much carbon fiber. This hardened steel integrated hotend was a lifesaver. Installation took less than 5 minutes following the app guide. Prints are back to perfect quality.

Easy swap
I was worried about replacing an integrated hotend, but Bambu Lab made the process incredibly simple. The connectors are plug-and-play, and the printer automatically recognizes the new part. No manual calibration needed.

Great quality but pricey
The build quality is excellent and the temperature stability is noticeable compared to my old setup. I deducted one star only because the price is a bit high for a single component, but it's worth it for the reliability.

Good but shipping was slow
The product itself works flawlessly and fits my A1 perfectly. However, shipping took longer than expected which delayed my project. The item quality is 5 stars, but the overall experience gets 3 due to logistics.
Q: Does this come with a 0.6mm nozzle option?
A: This specific SKU comes with the standard 0.4mm nozzle. We offer separate listings for different nozzle diameters if you require a 0.6mm or 0.8mm variant.
Q: Is the thermal paste pre-applied?
A: Yes, the heating block and thermistor interface come with thermal paste pre-applied from the factory to ensure optimal heat transfer.
Q: How do I know if I need the stainless or hardened steel version?
A: Choose Stainless Steel for standard materials like PLA, PETG, and TPU. Choose Hardened Steel if you intend to print abrasive filaments containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, or metal powders.
Q: Will this fit the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this integrated hotend is designed specifically for the A1 and A1 mini series. The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend assembly design.
Q: Can I use this hardened steel hotend with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. The hardened steel hotend is fully compatible with all standard filaments including PLA, PETG, and TPU, in addition to abrasive materials.
