Good but requires calibration
The nozzle itself is high quality, but I had to re-run the flow rate calibration and pressure advance tuning to get optimal results. Once tuned, it works great, but expect some setup time.

Easy swap and immediate results
Replaced my worn-out nozzle in under 10 minutes. The integrated design makes alignment perfect every time. My prints look cleaner with less stringing immediately after the swap.

Consistent flow at high speeds
Running my K1C at maximum velocity with this 0.4mm nozzle resulted in zero clogs. The thermal conductivity seems improved over the stock unit, leading to better layer adhesion on tough materials.

Essential for our lab printers
We bought a set of different sizes for our office K1 printers. They handle everything from fine detail PLA to rough PETG-CF without issues. Highly recommended for professional environments.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this chrome zirconium nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and the difference is night and day. The wear resistance is excellent, and print quality remains sharp even after several spools.

Great quality but pricey
The build quality is fantastic and installation on my K1 Max was straightforward. It handles high speeds very well. Only giving 4 stars because it is a bit more expensive than standard brass nozzles, but worth it for durability.
Q: Can I use this with regular PLA or is it only for abrasive materials?
A: You can absolutely use it with regular PLA, PETG, and ABS. While it is designed to resist wear from abrasive filaments, it performs excellently with standard materials too.
Q: How do I know which size (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) to choose?
A: Choose 0.2mm for high-detail miniatures, 0.4mm for general purpose printing, and 0.6mm or 0.8mm for faster print speeds and stronger functional parts.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab K1 non-C version?
A: Yes, this integrated nozzle is fully compatible with the original K1, as well as the K1C and K1 Max models.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for this chrome zirconium nozzle?
A: The nozzle is rated for temperatures up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering-grade filaments available for the K1 series.
Q: Does the package include a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package contains only the integrated nozzle unit. Please use the tools provided with your Bambu Lab printer for installation.
