Good value for money
Works exactly as described. It fits the H2D hotend perfectly. I deducted one star only because the included silicone sock was a bit tight, but that's a minor issue. The nozzle itself performs beautifully.

Essential for the A1 series
If you own an A1 or A1 mini, this is a must-have accessory. The hardened steel handles high-temperature materials much better than the stock brass nozzle. The flow rate is consistent, and layer adhesion is superb.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. Installation took me a bit longer than expected as I had to ensure the heating block was aligned perfectly, but once set up, the print quality improved immediately. No clogs so far after 50 hours of printing.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast compared to my old setup. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their A1 mini to the limit.

A: The detachable design simplifies the process significantly. You typically only need to heat the hotend, loosen the locking mechanism, and slide the nozzle out. No need to disassemble the entire extruder motor assembly.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature recommended?
A: While the hardened steel can withstand higher temperatures, we recommend a continuous operating limit of 300°C to ensure the longevity of the heater cartridge and thermistor within the H2D assembly.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber) filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. The hardened steel construction is specifically intended to resist the abrasion caused by carbon fiber, glass fiber, and other composite filaments, making it ideal for such materials.
