Best sleep aid ever
My partner snores loudly, and these earplugs are a lifesaver. They are soft enough to sleep on my side without pain, and the silence is incredible. Highly recommend for light sleepers.

Great soundproofing, tight fit
These work amazingly well for blocking out construction noise at my job site. The only reason for 4 stars is that they feel a bit tight in my ears after wearing them for 8 hours straight.

Good but hard to insert
The noise cancellation is excellent, no doubt about it. However, I find them a bit difficult to roll down small enough to insert comfortably. Once in, they are great though.

Perfect for dorm life!
Living in a noisy college dorm was impossible until I found these. They block out hallway chatter and music completely. I can finally focus on my studies and sleep through the night.

A: These earplugs are designed for adult ear canals. We do not recommend them for children as they may pose a choking hazard or cause discomfort due to size. Please look for products specifically sized for children.
Q: How do I properly insert these for maximum noise reduction?
A: Roll the earplug into a thin, crease-free cylinder with clean hands. Pull your ear upward and outward to straighten the canal, insert the rolled plug deeply, and hold it in place with your finger until it fully expands.
Q: Are these earplugs reusable or should they be thrown away after one use?
A: While they can be cleaned and reused a few times if kept clean, 3M recommends disposing of them when they become dirty, lose their shape, or are difficult to insert for optimal hygiene and performance.
