Quiet and efficient
We use these in our office for minor repairs and setting up workstations. It's much quieter than a standard drill, which is important in an open office environment. Very portable.

Essential for my toolkit
The ergonomic design makes it easy to use for extended periods without hand fatigue. The magnetic bit holder works well. I keep one in my tech bag at all times.

Handy tool for cable management
Very useful for organizing patch panels and securing cable trays. The LED light is a lifesaver in dark corners of the closet. Only wish the battery charged a bit faster, but overall a solid purchase.

Good but limited torque for heavy duty
It works great for plastic casings and small screws on routers or switches. However, don't expect it to drive long screws into wood. Stick to its intended purpose and it shines.

Great value for the price
Don't let the size fool you; it has enough torque for most electronics and networking hardware assembly. The included bits are decent quality. Highly recommend for IT professionals.

Perfect for rack mounting and small jobs
I bought this primarily for installing equipment in server racks where space is tight. It's incredibly compact and the battery lasts through a full day of light to moderate use. Great for tightening rack screws without stripping them.
Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?
A: Battery life varies by usage, but for typical intermittent use like installing network gear, it can last several hours. Continuous heavy use will drain it faster.
Q: What is the warranty period for this item?
A: This product usually comes with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Does this come with a wall charger or just a USB cable?
A: The WX252 typically comes with a USB charging cable. You can plug it into any standard USB port or a USB wall adapter (not always included).
Q: Can I use standard 1/4 inch hex bits from other brands?
A: Yes, the chuck accepts any standard 1/4 inch hex shank bits, so you are not limited to the included set.
Q: Is there a forward and reverse switch?
A: Yes, the Worx WX252 features a sliding switch near the trigger to easily change between forward (driving) and reverse (removing) modes.
