Q: Can I use this on a steel-string acoustic?

A: While it can physically fit, this pickup is optimized for the tension and tone of nylon classical strings. We recommend our Steel-String specific model for better results on acoustics.

Q: How do I blend the vibration sensor with the piezo?

A: There is a dedicated small knob labeled 'Vibe' on the preamp. Turning it clockwise increases the vibration sensor mix relative to the under-saddle piezo.

Q: Is the battery included in the box?

A: Yes, a 9V battery is included with every unit so you can start playing immediately after installation.

Q: Does this fit a standard 2mm saddle slot?

A: Yes, the Natasha NS series is designed to fit standard 2mm saddle slots commonly found on classical guitars.

Q: What if my saddle is too low after installation?

A: The package includes a spare saddle blank. You can shape it to your preferred height or contact us for a replacement saddle sized for your specific guitar model.
