Sturdy and reliable
I've been using this for three months now during weekly gigs. The Italian-style design looks sleek, and the socket holds the cable firmly without slipping out.

Perfect replacement for my old jack
The build quality is excellent. It fit perfectly into the existing hole on my folk guitar without needing to drill anything new. The connection is solid and crackle-free.

Solid hardware
The metal feels durable and not cheap like some other replacements I've tried. Fits standard 3.5mm cables perfectly. Installation was smooth.

Exactly what I needed
My previous endpin jack was loose and causing noise issues. This one tightened up nicely and eliminated all the static. Highly recommend for acoustic-electric conversions.

Good value, easy install
Took me about 10 minutes to swap out the old broken jack. Sounds great through my amp. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions were a bit vague, but it's straightforward if you know guitars.
Q: Can I use a stereo cable with this jack?
A: This is a sleeve (mono) jack. While a stereo cable will physically fit, it will only transmit a mono signal. For most acoustic pickups, mono is the standard requirement.
Q: Does the package include the strap button attachment?
A: Yes, the top of the endpin jack serves as a strap button, allowing you to attach your guitar strap directly to this unit.
Q: Does this fit a standard 1/4 inch jack hole or is it specifically for 3.5mm?
A: This unit is designed as a 3.5mm endpin output socket. If your guitar has a larger 1/4 inch hole, you may need an adapter or a different model.
Q: What tools do I need for installation?
A: You typically only need a small wrench or pliers to tighten the mounting nut from the inside of the guitar body. No soldering is required for simple replacement.
Q: Is this compatible with active pickup systems?
A: Yes, this endpin jack works with both passive and active pickup systems as long as they utilize a standard 3.5mm mono connection.
