No more broken fingernails
I used to struggle getting tight knobs off until I bought this. It provides excellent leverage and makes the job take seconds instead of minutes. Highly recommended for any gig bag.

Simple and effective
Sometimes the simplest tools are the best. This plastic clip is sturdy enough to lift even stubborn caps without bending the potentiometer shaft. Great value for the price.

Prevents damage to the guitar
If you care about your instrument, buy this. Trying to remove knobs without a proper lifter often leads to slipping and scratching the pickguard or body. This tool eliminates that risk entirely.

Good backup to have
I keep one in my workshop and one in my pedalboard case. It's not something you use every day, but when you need to swap knobs quickly between sets, it's a lifesaver.

Essential tool for guitar maintenance
This little tool saved my finish. I was trying to pry off old knobs with a screwdriver and almost scratched the body. This U-clip slides under perfectly and lifts them straight up without any damage.

Works well on standard knobs
Does exactly what it says. It works great on my Stratocaster style push-on knobs. It felt a bit flimsy at first, but it held up fine during use. Just don't lose it, it's small!
Q: What if the tool slips while I am pulling?
A: Ensure the U-clip is fully seated under the knob cap before applying upward pressure. The design minimizes slipping, but always pull steadily rather than jerking the tool.
Q: Does this come with a carrying case?
A: The tool typically comes in a simple protective poly bag. It is small enough to fit easily into any existing guitar tool kit or gig bag pocket.
Q: Can I use this on bass guitar knobs?
A: Absolutely. As long as the bass guitar uses standard push-on knob caps similar to electric guitars, this tool will work perfectly.
Q: Will this work on set-screw knobs?
A: No, this tool is designed specifically for push-on style knob caps. Set-screw knobs require an Allen wrench to loosen the screw before removal.
Q: Is the material strong enough for tight vintage knobs?
A: Yes, the tool is made from reinforced plastic and metal designed to handle significant leverage. However, if a knob is extremely stuck, gently rocking it side-to-side while lifting may help.
