Excellent upgrade for beginners
Bought this to upgrade my first electric guitar. The difference in tone is night and day. Installation took about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Good quality, minor soldering needed
The pickguard looks great in tortoise shell. I had to resolder the ground wire just to be safe, but otherwise, it was plug-and-play. Sounds crisp and clear.

Great bang for your buck
For under fifty bucks, you can't beat this. It's not boutique gear, but it gets the job done and sounds surprisingly good through my amp.

Decent but pots feel cheap
The pickups sound okay for the price, but the potentiometers feel a bit scratchy when turning. Might replace the pots later, but the pickguard itself fits well.

Perfect drop-in replacement
This fit my Squier Strat perfectly without any modification. The wiring is clean and the pickups sound much better than the stock ones. Great value for the price.
Q: Can I return this if the color doesn't match my guitar?

Q: Is a soldering iron required for installation?
A: Since this unit comes pre-wired, you typically only need a screwdriver to swap the old pickguard for the new one. Soldering is only necessary if you need to adjust wire lengths or fix connections.
Q: Are the pickups alnico or ceramic magnets?
A: These pickups utilize Alnico V magnets, which provide a classic, warm Stratocaster tone with balanced output.
Q: Does this come with the springs and screws for the tremolo system?
A: This assembly includes the pickguard mounting screws, but it does not include tremolo springs or bridge screws as those are part of the bridge assembly, not the pickguard.
Q: Will this fit an Ibanez RG series guitar?
A: No, this pickguard is specifically designed for Fender Stratocaster (ST) style bodies. Ibanez RG guitars have a different shape and screw pattern.
