Great upgrade for old tuners

My vintage guitar had tiny, hard-to-turn tuning buttons. These metal caps fit perfectly and make tuning so much easier. The brushed finish looks premium too.

Perfect grip for live performances

Solid build, easy install

Very happy with the quality. Installation took about 10 minutes for all six. One star off because the included Allen key felt a bit flimsy, but the caps themselves are excellent.

5 FAQ

Q: Do I need to glue these on?

A: No glue is required. Each cap comes with a small set screw that tightens against the tuning post to hold it securely in place using the included Allen key.

Q: Are these compatible with bass guitars?

A: Generally, no. Bass guitar tuning posts are typically thicker than standard guitar posts. These are specifically sized for 6-string acoustic and electric guitars.

Q: Can I mix colors, like buying 3 silver and 3 gold?

A: Currently, these accessories are sold in single-color sets only. We do not offer mixed-color packs at this time, but you can purchase two separate sets if you wish to experiment.

Q: What if my tuning posts are not exactly 6mm?

A: The caps are designed for a snug fit on 6mm posts. If your posts are significantly smaller, the cap may wobble; if larger, they will not fit. Please verify your instrument's specifications.

Q: Will these fit on locking tuners?

A: These are designed for standard 6mm tuning peg posts. If your locking tuners use a standard post diameter, they should fit, but please measure your post before purchasing.
