Perfect for office neck pain
I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders get incredibly tight. This device is a lifesaver. The heat is consistent, and I love that there is no smoke smell like traditional moxibustion. It fits perfectly around my neck while I work.

Great warmth, wish battery lasted longer
The heating element works wonderfully and the mugwort scent is very subtle and relaxing. My only complaint is that if you use it on the highest setting, the battery drains faster than expected. Still, great value for the price.

Excellent gift for parents

Comfortable and effective
The wrap stays in place well without being too tight. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles. I deducted one star because the replacement herbal packs are a bit hard to find locally, but ordering online is easy.

Better than a heating pad

Smoke-free is the way to go
I was hesitant about moxibustion because of the smoke, but this electric version solves that problem completely. You get the therapeutic benefits without filling your house with smoke. Highly recommended for apartment living.

A: While the device has an auto shut-off timer, we generally recommend using it while awake to monitor comfort levels. If you choose to use it while resting, please ensure the timer is set to the shortest duration (30 minutes).
Q: Can this be used on the knees or legs?
A: Yes, the flexible design allows it to wrap around various body parts including knees, thighs, and calves, although it is primarily optimized for the neck, shoulders, and upper back area.
Q: Can I wash the entire device in the washing machine?
A: No, please do not wash the entire device. You must remove the internal heating unit and the herbal pack before washing the outer linen cover. The heating unit should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
