Good grip, slightly bulky
They definitely stop my glasses from falling off, but they add a little bit of bulk behind the ears. Still worth it for the security.

A: No, these retainers are compatible with both metal and plastic frames, provided the temple tip is round or oval enough to slide the hook onto.
