Great value, sturdy plastic

I bought a set of six for my nuts and dried fruits. The plastic feels thick and durable, not flimsy like some cheaper brands. Took off one star because the lid can be a little hard to screw on if you overfill it.

A: These jars are best suited for dry goods such as grains, nuts, spices, and pasta. We do not recommend storing highly acidic or liquid-based preserved foods like pickles in them.

Q: What are the exact dimensions of the opening?

A: The mouth of the jar has a diameter of approximately 3.5 inches, which is wide enough to easily scoop out contents or pour ingredients without spilling.

Q: Do you sell replacement lids if one gets lost?

A: Currently, we sell the jars as a complete unit. However, please contact our customer service directly, and we will do our best to assist you with replacement parts depending on availability.

Q: Can these jars be used in the microwave?
