Good pump, short cord
The pump itself works great and is very silent. However, the 6-foot cord was just barely long enough to reach my outlet. You might need an extension.

A: The pump must remain fully submerged to operate correctly and prevent damage. While it has some thermal protection, running it dry for extended periods will void the warranty and may burn out the motor.
Q: Is this pump safe to use in saltwater aquariums?
