Good quality but color varies from photo
The craftsmanship is solid, but the wood color is darker than what was shown in the product images. I understand it's natural wood, so variations happen, but just be aware it might look different in person.

Perfect gift for Feng Shui enthusiasts
Bought this as a housewarming gift for my parents who appreciate traditional decor. They loved the symbolism of the Pixiu holding the ball. The packaging was secure and the item arrived in pristine condition.

A stunning centerpiece
This hand piece is absolutely gorgeous. The aged wood gives it a sense of history and depth. I use it as a meditation focal point and find the texture very soothing to touch. Highly recommend for collectors.

Exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful wood grain
The detail on this Pixiu is incredible. You can tell it was carved by hand. The aged Thuja wood has a wonderful texture and a very calming, subtle scent. It looks perfect on my office desk.

The scent is amazing
I didn't expect the wood to have such a pleasant, natural aroma. It's not overpowering like some incense, just a gentle earthy smell that fills the room subtly. The carving details on the scales are sharp and clear.

Lovely piece, slightly smaller than expected
Beautiful carving and the wood feels very high quality. I thought it would be a bit larger based on the photos, but it still makes a great conversation starter. The finish is smooth and natural.
Q: Does the Pixiu come with a stand or base?
A: No, the Pixiu hand piece is designed to sit directly on flat surfaces like desks, shelves, or altars. It has a flat bottom for stability without needing an additional stand.
Q: How should I clean this if it gets dusty?
A: We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust. Please avoid using water, chemical cleaners, or polishes as they can damage the natural wood finish.
Q: Is this made from real aged wood or is it stained to look old?
A: This is crafted from genuine aged Taihang Thuja wood. The color and grain patterns are natural results of the wood's aging process, not artificial staining.
Q: What is the return policy if the wood grain pattern isn't to my liking?
A: Since each piece of natural wood is unique, grain patterns will vary. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund.
Q: Is the ball held by the Pixiu removable or loose?
A: The ball is carved from the same single piece of wood as the Pixiu itself. It is not a separate piece and cannot be removed or rolled independently.
