Beautiful but smaller than expected
The box is absolutely gorgeous and the wood grain is stunning. Just make sure to check the dimensions before buying; it is quite small, perfect for a signet ring but not much else.

Smells amazing
I love the natural aroma of the sandalwood. It fills the room slightly when you first open the box. The finish is smooth and feels great in the hand.

Exquisite craftsmanship
The mortise and tenon structure is incredibly tight and precise. You can tell this was made by a master carpenter. The scent of the red sandalwood is subtle but very pleasant.

Perfect gift for collectors
Bought this to hold my father's personal seal. The velvet lining protects the item well, and the magnetic closure is strong enough to keep it secure without being difficult to open.

Great quality, minor color variation
The construction is solid and the joints are seamless. My only note is that the color is slightly darker than the photos, which is normal for natural wood, but worth mentioning.

A timeless piece
This box feels like an heirloom. The attention to detail in the classical craft style is evident. I use it for my favorite pair of pearl earrings and they look elegant inside.
Q: Can this box hold a standard 2cm x 2cm square seal?
A: Yes, the interior dimensions are designed to comfortably accommodate standard seals up to 2.5cm in width and height, along with soft padding.
Q: Does the box come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, each box includes a small card detailing the wood type and the traditional crafting method used, serving as a certificate of authenticity.
Q: Is the magnetic closure strong enough for travel?
A: The magnetic snap is secure for normal handling and short trips. However, for extended travel, we suggest placing the box inside a padded pouch to prevent accidental opening.
Q: How should I clean and maintain the wood?
A: We recommend dusting gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or chemical cleaners. Occasionally applying a tiny amount of natural beeswax can help maintain the luster.
Q: Is this box made from solid red sandalwood or is it veneer?
A: This box is crafted entirely from solid Small Leaf Red Sandalwood, not veneer. The mortise and tenon structure requires solid wood for durability.
