Great quality, slightly smaller than expected
The quality is undeniable, especially the Millstone texture. However, my pair was on the lower end of the size range (42mm). Still a great purchase for the price.

Beautiful natural patterns
I bought the Toad Head variety and the details are amazing. They feel substantial in the hand and the shell is very thick. No cracks or imperfections found.

Perfect starter set for Wenwan hobby
Came with a nice velvet pouch and a cleaning brush. The Guanmao variety has such unique ridges. It's very relaxing to hold and rub while working.

Collector grade indeed
I have been collecting walnuts for years. This Sizuo Lou pair rivals some much more expensive sets I own. The density is excellent and they make a satisfying sound when clicked.

Lovely item, fast shipping
The walnuts arrived well-packaged. The patterns are distinct and authentic. One walnut had a tiny natural blemish, but it doesn't affect the structural integrity or the rubbing experience.
Q: Can I choose the specific size, for example, exactly 45mm?
A: We select pairs based on available stock that matches closely in size and pattern. While we list a size range, specific millimeter requests cannot be guaranteed, but we ensure the pair is well-matched.
Q: Are these walnuts already polished or do I need to break them in myself?
A: These are sold unpolished to allow you to develop your own unique patina through hand rubbing. We recommend using the included brush for initial cleaning before you start.
Q: Do these come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: As natural agricultural products, each pair is unique. We do not issue formal certificates, but our 'Collector-Grade' designation ensures they have been manually inspected for symmetry, thickness, and lack of major defects.
Q: What is the difference between the Lion's Head and Millstone varieties?
A: Lion's Head typically features a more rounded, bulbous shape with swirling patterns resembling a lion's mane. Millstone varieties usually have flatter tops and bottoms with concentric circular ridges, resembling an old-fashioned grinding stone.
Q: Is the velvet pouch suitable for long-term storage?
A: Yes, the included velvet pouch is breathable and protects the walnuts from dust and scratches. For long-term storage, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent cracking.
