Great quality but a bit heavy

The build quality is excellent, definitely feels like it will last for years. My only minor complaint is that it is slightly heavier than expected, which makes carrying it up stairs a bit of a workout. Otherwise, fantastic product.

Good ladder, stiff initially

The ladder seems very durable, but the extension mechanism was quite stiff when I first got it. After using it a few times, it has loosened up and works much better. Just be prepared for a break-in period.
