Reliable for daily use
Very convenient to install. The cooling efficiency has noticeably improved our tool life. Only minor issue is the instruction manual could be more detailed.

Good product, shipping delay
The tool holder itself is fantastic and matches the description perfectly. However, shipping took longer than expected. The product quality makes up for it though.

Great value for factory direct
Solid build quality for the price. It took a day to calibrate the universal fit on our older machine, but once set, it runs smoothly. Highly recommend for small workshops.

Durable and practical
We have been using these holders for three months now in a high-volume environment. No leaks, no wear on the ball joint, and the steel holds up well against chips.

Excellent cooling performance
The embedded nozzle design works flawlessly with our CNC setup. The ball joint allows for precise angle adjustment, and the coolant flow is consistent even at high pressures.
Q: Does this come with the adapter rings included?
A: The base unit includes one standard adapter. Additional rings for specific spindle types are sold separately or as part of a kit.
Q: Is this compatible with BT40 spindles?
A: Yes, the universal interface is designed to adapt to BT40, CAT40, and HSK63 spindles with the appropriate adapter ring.
Q: Can the nozzle angle be locked in place?
A: Absolutely. Once you position the ball joint to your desired angle, the locking nut secures it firmly to prevent movement during operation.
Q: What is the maximum temperature the seal can withstand?
A: The seals are rated for continuous operation up to 80°C (176°F) when using standard water-soluble coolants.
Q: Is replacement parts availability guaranteed?
A: Yes, as a factory direct product from Xinsheng Changyuan, we maintain stock of all critical wear parts like seals and nozzles for immediate dispatch.
