The basket itself is beautiful and the fruit selection was premium. Delivery took an extra hour due to traffic, but the support team kept me updated.
Q: Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)?
A: Currently, our express fresh fruit delivery is limited to Peninsular Malaysia. We are working on expanding logistics to East Malaysia soon.

A: Our baskets feature a seasonal premium selection to guarantee freshness. While specific fruit swaps aren't possible, you can request to exclude certain items due to allergies.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order for Christmas delivery?
A: We recommend placing orders at least 3 days before Christmas to ensure availability, though express delivery may be available for last-minute requests subject to stock.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not home during delivery?
