Nice but requires careful cleaning
The saucer is beautiful and works well for ink mixing. However, the crackled glaze can stain if you leave black ink in it too long. You have to wash it immediately after use.

Exceeded expectations
For the price, the quality is outstanding. The Ru kiln style gives it an authentic look. It serves multiple purposes well, acting as both an ink pool and a safe place to lay down my wet brush.

Perfect for my daily practice
This ink saucer is exactly what I needed for my calligraphy lessons. The celadon color is soothing, and the shape makes it very easy to rest the brush while mixing ink. Highly recommended for beginners.

Beautiful craftsmanship
The glaze finish is stunning and looks great on my desk. It holds a good amount of ink without spilling. I gave it 4 stars only because it was slightly smaller than I imagined, but still functional.

Great gift for art lovers

The ceramic feels substantial and not flimsy at all. The brush rest groove is perfectly sized for standard brushes. It adds a nice touch of tradition to my modern study room.
