Good heat, small size
The heat therapy works well and lasts most of the night. Just note that the 'S' size is quite small, designed specifically for the ankle point as described. Stick them exactly where instructed for best results.

A: The Sanyinjiao point is located on the inner side of the leg, approximately four finger-widths above the ankle bone. The small size of this patch is tailored specifically for this acupoint.
